Police have confirmed that Johnny Manziel has turned himself in to authorities in Highland Park on his assault charge. Manziel did the perp walk ritual which included taking a mug shot which you can see below. Manziel posted bond Wednesday and we don’t have word on where he will be celebrating his release.
