Yasiel Puig of the Los Angeles Dodgers had one of the craftiest slides you will ever see in the MLB on Tuesday. Puig laced a single into left in the 5th inning of the Dodgers game and tried his best to stretch it into a double. As he came in for the slide to 2nd base it looked like he was toast, especially after over-sliding by a good deal. As he tried to crawl his way back to the base safely he somehow faked out the Diamondbacks’ second baseman and ended up being safe. Words won’t do it justice, so just enjoy the heads-up baseball by Mr. Puig.
