John Gant’s pitching delivery is an enigma.
Gant made his MLB debut in an inning of relief on Wednesday and stole the show with his amazingly strange pitching mechanics.

Yes, that’s actually how he pitches during professional baseball games.
Despite the bizarre delivery, Gant didn’t allow any runs, had one strikeout, and let up just one hit in his debut. Unfortunately for him and the Braves, the Nationals still won 3-1.
