Joe Maddon knows how to coach better than you, and he does it with a very unique style. Instead of zoo animals or a pajama party, Joe brought some sort of clown show to the Cubs spring training on Monday. We have been back and forth in the office trying to figure out what is happening in the below video, and all we can agree on is that it is awesome. Apparently, Joe is just really digging the 1970’s.

Joe is going to have to keep the Cubbies very loose this season if they expect to live up to Vegas’ expectations.
