Steve Ballmer is one of the most animated owners in sports, and it appears that he has been that way for quite a while. The Internet has resurfaced a glorious video of Ballmer and Bill Gates dancing during an event for the launch of Windows 95. Ballmer really steals the show with his vintage hand circles and we will be watching this bad boy on repeat for a few more weeks.
Bill Gates is worth around $79 billion and Steve Ballmer weighs in around $23 billion.
