Super Bowl 50’s halftime show didn’t exactly receive rave reviews, especially from Fox News.
Fox News discussed the halftime show- which included Beyonce, Coldplay, and Bruno Mars- and specifically criticized Beyonce for the performance of her new single, “Formation”. “Fox & Friends” host Brian Kilmeade seemed disgusted with Beyonce’s performance, saying it was a “rallying cry” for the Black Lives Matter movement.
“But at the end, we find out Beyoncé dressed up in a tribute to the Black Panthers, went to a Malcolm X formation. And the song, the lyrics, which I couldn’t make out a syllable, were basically telling cops to stop shooting blacks!”
