This season marks the 25th anniversary that the San Jose Sharks have been a team in the NHL. In that time, they have been consistently good but never outstanding as they have been constant playoff disappointments. To celebrate their anniversary, the team announced that it will wear a throwback jersey which will debut against the struggling Columbus Blue Jackets.
