Did Joey Crawford get blocked from patting a fellow referee’s heiny?
During the Hawks-Hornets game in Charlotte, the veteran referee was conversing with his colleagues when he awkwardly tapped Justin Van Duyne’s butt multiple times. This wasn’t a simple “Well done” butt slap, but instead a full-on, creepy repeated butt tap that is better reserved for a giggling 12-year-old at his first grade school dance. Van Duyne didn’t react to the tap but instead casually placed his hands on his butt to prevent a repeat offense from Crawford.
