On Monday, sports radio morning show contributor Rhea Hughes uploaded a video of former hockey player Jeremy Roenick willingly diving at an alligator. It’s unclear when this took place but it will now live on the internet forever.

It doesn’t seem like Roenick did this for any reason than his own amusement which is somehow equally impressive and mindbogglingly baffling.
After flinging himself at the alligator and (presumably) not pissing himself, Roenick runs at the camera and yells “That’s awesome” which is one way to describe an event that should immediately make one eligible for a Darwin Award.
