Derrick Rose’s career has been defined by various injuries, the latest of which was a left orbital fracture that he received during a practice in late September.
In a bit of unfortunate timing, Adidas recently unveiled the slogan that they plan on using for Rose for the upcoming NBA season: Derrick Rose: Never Break.
While Adidas is undoubtedly looking to reference Rose’s determined spirit and the ways in which he has fought back from setback after setback, the internet was predictably not as charitable with their interpretation of “Derrick Rose: Never Break.”
Because… you know… he’s broken down quite a bit over the course of his NBA career.
