Authorities claim that the estranged wife (and former Miss Michigan) of Golden State Warriors guard Charlie Bell has been charged with assaulting him with a box cutter at his home.
The Genesee County prosecutor says Kenya Bell was released from jail one day after her arrest. Prosecutor David Leyton says Charlie Bell sustained minor injuries and confirmed that two children were present during the attack.
The 35-year-old Kenya Bell faces charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and domestic violence. Charlie Bell was a star guard for Tom Izzo’s Michigan State Spartans.
