Now that he’s a member of the Los Angeles Lakers, Roy Hibbert doesn’t have as much use for his Carmel, Indiana home. As such, Hibbert is now selling his six bedroom, 7.5 bathroom, 11,200 square-foot estate for $2.65 million.
The house comes equipped with 20 rooms including a game room, a home theater and a lounge. The property covers two acres and includes a pool and a four car garage. The home also has its very own elevator because who wants to deal with stairs if you don’t have to?
Check out photos of Hibbert’s old estate below if you’re thinking of moving to the Indiana area and have a few million to throw around. According to Neal Leitereg of the Los Angeles Times, Hibbert is not looking to sell the place for a profit:
Hibbert bought the house from Henderson in 2012, the same year he signed a four-year, $58-million extension with the Pacers, for $2.65 million, records show.
Unfortunately for Hibbert, that $2.65 million won’t go nearly as far in southern California.
