Richard Sherman reached out to his 1.4 million Twitter followers on Sunday with a very specific request, and as expected they obliged.
Sherman, along with anyone else who’s paid attention to the Seahawks this preseason, is impressed with rookie Tyler Lockett’s preseason punt returns and thought their highlight videos deserved special treatment. In this case, that meant dubbing the video over with sound effects from the “Mario Kart 64” video game.

It didn’t take long for a fan to take notice and create the mashup for Sherman.
