Dwyane Wade is no stranger to bold fashion statements but this photo that Wade posted on his Instagram certainly reinforces the notion that Wade is fearless when it comes to what he wears.
It’s hard to know where to start with this photo, which was apparently taken for an Esquire magazine shoot. The royal blue blazer? The black blazer-esque one piece UNDERNEATH the blue blazer? The exposed belly button? The way-too-easy-comparisons-to-peak-popularity-MC Hammer?
I guess I just don’t understand it, to reference one of Wade’s overly-long hashtags – #ifyoucantpullitoffyouwontunderstandit.
Many on Twitter didn’t quite get it either.

Tell me Dwyane Wade's belly button doesn't look like Carlos Boozer yelling with his head titled back pic.twitter.com/rWF09nn9q9

Why is Dwyane Wade looking like a young Teddy Pendergrass on my TL right now? pic.twitter.com/0LPZdI9FzM
