If you are one of the few people on the planet who has not watched or been forced to watch Taylor Swift’s music video for “Bad Blood,” it’s a video that features Kendrick Lamar, a whole cavalcade of guest appearances and homages to pretty much every science fiction film released in the last twenty years.
There’s also some action scenes that required some “fight training” and Swift uploaded some footage from her first day of training onto her Instagram on Tuesday. The footage serves as a reminder that Taylor Swift is an actual human being who has to train for her performances and that Swift is very, very tall.
