Needing par at 18 to force a playoff, Justin Rose shanked his approach shot from the bunker. #QuickHits http://t.co/52UJZydNqU

Justin Rose somehow forced a playoff on Sunday afternoon with a ridiculous up and down at Muirfield Village the on the final hole. Rose entered the 18th tied for the lead and after he shanked a nasty shot from the bunker he looked like he didn’t have a chance to head to a playoff. To top that off he actually nailed a spectator directly in the head with the bad shot, so it was even more amazing that he was able to collect himself to finish out the hole in such strong fashion. He somehow pulled off the up and down to force a playoff with David Lingmerth at the Memorial, however Rose would go on to lose to Lingmerth on the third playoff hole.
