Despite most people saying they don’t care about Tim Tebow, there sure are a lot of people that care about Tim Tebow. The Eagles third/fourth string quarterback is still a very long ways from making the 53-man roster and even further away from actually taking another NFL snap, but that hasn’t stopped him from sitting among the league’s most prominent names in jersey sales.
Tebow finished the month of May with the 15th most popular jersey, ahead of big name rookies Melvin Gordon (24) and Amari Cooper (25). He hasn’t yet cracked the top 10, a list dominated by fellow quarterbacks but it’s safe to assume the longer he remains on the roster, the more likely he will join the likes of Peyton Manning, Aaron Rodgers and Russell Wilson as the most popular jersey choices for fans. Here’s the full top 10:
1. Marcus Mariota, Tennesseee Titans
2. Jameis Winston, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
3. Tom Brady, New England Patriots
4. Russell Wilson, Seattle Seahawks
5. Odell Beckham Jr., New York Giants
6. Rob Gronkowski, New England Patriots
7. Colin Kaepernick, San Francisco 49ers
8. Dez Bryant, Dallas Cowboys
9. Aaron Rodgers, Green Bay Packers
10. Peyton Manning, Denver Broncos
