Seattle Mariners third baseman Kyle Seager potentially prevented a pretty terrible situation.
During Monday night’s game against the New York Yankees, Seager reached into the stands to make a nice catch. In the midst of making the play, he might have saved an oblivious toddler.
Apparently no one in the crowd thought to, you know, move the child out of harm’s way?
Regardless, this surely was Seattle’s top highlight of the game, as they went on to lose 7-2.
