In case you missed it, Cool Dad Russell Wilson took advantage of his sponsorship perks (he’s a spokesperson for Alaska Air) to whisk a bunch of his Seahawks teammates to Hawaii for a non-sanctioned off-season workout. Last year’s workout took place in Manhattan Beach, and only involved his receiving corp. Perhaps it was the allure of Hawaii, but this year a lot more players tagged along, including many members of the defense (along with a gaggle of girlfriends and wives). Things started off with a breaking of the bread (of sorts) between Bruce Irvin and newcomer Jimmy Graham. Then, it was time to get down to business.
Here are some players jogging in a swimming pool.
Here are Wilson and his receivers running plays against the defense.
