We’re only a few games into the 2015 MLB season so it’s understandable if some teams are still looking to shake off the rust and play their best baseball. After this hilarious display during the second inning of Wednesday night’s game against the Padres, I think it’s safe to say that the Dodgers have some work to do before their baserunning reaches midseason form.
After a Yasiel Puig ground ball to third base turned into an error at the plate, Puig just wanted to go to second base. Unfortunately, one of his teammates decided not to take third and left Puig stuck trying to finagle his way out of being stuck between between first and second base like a middle schooler with his first girlfriend.
