One of the most under-appreciated aspects of baseball is a well-executed bat flip after a big hit. While it might piss off the whitey-tighty-wearing baseball purists, it’s a total boss move and one that is always an easy way to earn style points.
To celebrate being halfway through the 2015 baseball season here’s an awesome compilation featuring some of the best bat flips you’ll ever see. We’ve got plenty of clips from Major League Baseball, Japan – where they excel at super aggressive celebrations – and, yes, even little league.
It’s important to always remember the first rule of bat-flipping, though – make sure the ball you smashed is fair before throwing your bat in celebration.
The video isn’t new, but it is awesome.
