Cleveland Cavaliers forward Kevin Love versus New York Jets wide receiver Eric Decker in a game of basketball trick shots?
Just judging by their respective professions, you would think that Love would win this handily.
YOU WOULD BE WRONG.
The two got together as a part of a promotion for Buffalo David Britton and the results were a tad surprising.
Love may have had some fine tricks up his sleeve (the three-quarter court heave is pretty much a Love trademark at this point, even with a football) but Decker was no slouch when it comes to the trick-shot game. After starting things off with a pretty handy off-the-gym-wall shot, Decker would go on to use an assortment of basketballs, footballs and frisbees to give the Cavs forward all that he could handle.
The best shot of the challenge had to be Decker’s selfie-behind-the-back football three-point toss (even if it took him a couple attempts to get it right).
If the New York Jets never find a quarterback that can get Decker the ball, a career in the NBA or the Harlem Globetrotters should not be ruled out of the question.
