As a part of their #MyHomeCourt promotion, hhgregg decided to have some fun with some extreme dunks and set a world record.
Staged at Butler University, the Extreme Team and Jack “Black Jack” Ryan put on a show of high-flying wizardry for Butler mascot Butler Blue III and friends before the grand finale – the world record dunk for longest flip dunk over home appliances. Sure, a trampoline was used but the reach that had to be used to get the required 19.3 feet is impressive to watch in slow-motion.
The video is a part of hhgregg’s Home Court Advantage Sweepstakes which one can enter for a chance to win $25,000 in LG products. You can also post your own “man cave, kitchen or your favorite basketball gym” on Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag #MyHomeCourt for the chance to win a $500 gift card.
