Much as he was quick to capitalize on his touchdown pass against the Baltimore Ravens during the playoffs, Julian Edelman now has a special shirt to commemorate the Patriots Super Bowl victory over the Seattle Seahawks.
The man popularly known as Minitron has now been upgraded to Supertron, complete with a number 11 insignia on the chest and a super-sized Super Bowl ring on its index finger. At least, unlike “The Pass,” people outside of the New England area will likely be able to recognize what this shirt references for at least a couple of months to come.
