After releasing Shady XV, one of the most talked about tracks was “Detroit vs. Everybody.” The jam packed anthem features Detroit MCs Danny Brown, Big Sean, Royce Da 5’9″, DeJ Loaf, Trick Trick, and of course Em.
The black and white shot video takes you around various areas of the Motor City while switching up through the different verses. Big Sean tells Rap-Up, “We kicked it in the studio, me, [Em], Royce [Da 5’9″]. We ate Jet’s Pizza. We vibed. He’s a really cool guy. Growing up in the D, he’s like a ghost. You hardly see him and when you see him it’s like, ‘Oh shit.’”
