The New England Patriots are getting fancy again. Last week, the Patriots used four offensive linemen at times to confuse and annoy the Baltimore Ravens. Today, in the third quarter against the Indianapolis Colts, Patriots left tackle Nate Solder reported as an eligible receiver. Of course, Tom Brady threw the ball to Solder and Solder rumbled his way into the end zone.
It was Solder’s first career catch. He weighs 320 pounds.
