For some reason which now seems inexplicable, ESPN had country singer, satirist and politician Kinky Friedman on the air to give his views on the relationship between Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and New Jersey governor Chris Christie.
There are no words that could adequately capture the insanity of his response, so we’ll just let Friedman explain it in his own words.
I will be fine with the Cowboys being perennial playoff contenders if it leads to media circuses like this every year.
