The terrible Los Angeles Lakers beat the equally-terrible Indiana Pacers Sunday night, 88-87, in a game that was capped off by whatever the hell this was by Roy Hibbert.
That buzzer-beater, um, thing, perfectly sums up the Pacers’ season, as they dropped to 13-22, which qualifies them for “yep, we’re still alive for a playoff spot in the East” status. Meanwhile, the Lakers pushed their record to a whopping 11-23 (hey, it’s still more than twice as many wins as the Knicks!), as they continue to march their way through another lost season. Naturally, a Lakers’ win wouldn’t be right without their own brand of comedy. Providing comic relief Sunday night was Ronnie Price, who submitted this doozy of a dunk attempt that immediately vaulted into the pantheon of Worst Dunk Attempts of All Time.
