Team USA captain and 18-year old top prospect Jack Eichel got off to a pretty great start at the 2015 World Junior Championships in Canada. Despite letting up an awful goal early on in their opening game against Finland on Friday, the Americans managed to tie it up with the help of this sick play from Eichel, who played the puck to himself off the boards and delivered a sick pass to teammate Alex Tuch for the power play goal.
Displays like this make it easy to see why Eichel is considered to be a consensus top two pick in next year’s NHL Draft.
