If you’ve watched the Memphis Grizzlies at all this season, it’s easy to see how tight-knight a group they are. The Grit ‘N’ Grind style isn’t as sexy as the the more free flowing offenses of their Western Conference counterparts, but it gets the job done. The Grizz are now 21-4 having come off impressive back-to-back wins over the Warriors and Spurs, and now sit one game out of the first place (behind the aforementioned Warriors).
That camaraderie clearly extends to team staff, as evidenced by the players going in on a very expensive Christmas present for one of the Grizzlies’ team assistants. The assistant, a man named Brandon, recently had his car stolen. Two Instagram videos posted by Courtney Lee shows the team presenting Brandon with a sweet new ride.
