Marshall was upset by Western Kentucky on Friday in one of the most exciting games of the college football season, a loss that ended the Thundering Herd’s bid for a perfect season and chance for a big-time bowl game.
It appeared as if they took a huge step to potentially defeating WKU in overtime when Marshall wide receiver Hyleck Foster caught a Rakeem Cato pass and dashed 25 yards to put his team up 66-59 on their first possession of overtime. Following the touchdown, one Marshall fan/staffer was all about celebrating with Foster but the freshman running back had zero interest in the poor guy.
Good thing no one saw the embarrassing rejection…
