McGarrah Jessee is a Houston-based advertising agency that was founded in 1996. Recently, the company hired their 100th employee – a man named Elliot Nordstrom – and welcomed him to the company by surprising him with a grand introduction and party during his first day on the job.
From the MJ:
“When we founded McGarrah Jessee 18 years ago, we were clear on what mattered: a uniquely productive and collaborative work culture. That meant slow and careful growth, adding the right people at the right time. Today, we added our 100th McJer at just the right time and thought it was fitting to celebrate that milestone with a twist on our usual new-hire orientation.”
Pretty awesome way to start a tenure with a new employer, that’s for sure. Working for McGarrah Jessee seems like it might not be the worst thing in the world.
