After each post season milestone achieved by the San Francisco Giants, pitcher Madison Bumgarner has famously cracked open a few beers and proceed to “chug” them — increasing the number of beers by one for each step closer to the World Series. After the Giants clinched the National League pennant Thursday night, Bumgarner finally got to a full six-pack and proceeded to perform his much-publicized ritual. Of course, beer bong aficionados around the world would argue that Bumgarner isn’t actually chugging the beers, but merely dumping them on his face, a fact Fox Sports’ Katie Nolan finally called him out on. Ms. Nolan then proceeded to devise a straw contraption to show what it’s like to chug six beers at once. As someone who sips beer like 13-year-old, color me impressed.
