The Manitoba Junior Hockey League is the real deal. During a recent playoff game, Swan Valley Stampeders’ Jesse Enns went after Tyler Harland of the Portage Terriers and checked him illegally into the boards. The result was absolute chaos including a fight between 2 assistant coaches. The fallout: both coaches have been given 22-game suspensions and fined 1,500 each while Enns received a 40-game suspension for his role in the fiasco.
