The Cubs and San Francisco Giants game was delayed due to a rainstorm during the 5th inning on Tuesday night with the Cubs leading 2-0. In a coordinated effort (sarcasm), the Cubs grounds crew did everything possible to postpone the delay as long as possible as they tried to put a tarp over the infield. As you will see, they did all they could to support their clever plan to keep the game at a 2-0 win for their Cubbies.
A very disappointing job by the Chicago Cubs grounds crew during rain delay may cost the Giants this game.
