The Minnesota Vikings opened the floodgates for in-person single game ticket sales at 9:00 AM CST on Tuesday. Expecting a large gathering, diehard fan Anthony Williams arrived at 5:40 AM in order to snag the best seats for the 2014 season at TCF Bank Stadium.
Williams was greeted by no one and remained the lone ticket-seeker until 7:00 AM, when a swarm of 13 other fans starting filing in for the in-person opportunity to purchase tickets one hour before online sales began.
“I don’t know what’s changed, with switching to TCF Bank Stadium, I would think there would be more people here,” the confused Williams told CBS Minnesota. “Who knows.”
Does anyone feel like the guy deserved a free game suite or at least a dinner date with Samantha Ponder for his commitment?
