Well, at least not anyone who was hoping to win the money off his billion dollar bracket challenge. Apparently, there were three perfect brackets left heading the Memphis and George Washington game but each of those chose GW to win, and all lost. Kudos to Quicken Loans, Yahoo! and Warren for a brilliant marketing ploy.
