Creighton standout Doug McDermott – aka Dougie McBuckets – has been one of the major talking points of college basketball this season.
On Monday, ESPN’s official college basketball Twitter account sent out a tweet reminding us that it’s highly (and I mean HIGHLY) unlikely that McDermott will pass Pete Maravich as the NCAA’s all-time scoring leader this March.
After ESPN’s Jeff Goodman sent the tweet his way, McDermott replied with a hilarious response:
And, for what it’s worth, I’m pulling for you to get the record, McBuckets. Let it rain.
