LeBron James honored a NBA player on Saturday on his Instagram. No it wasn’t Magic Johnson. No it wasn’t Bill Russell. No it wasn’t Michael Jordan. Give up? Zydrunas Ilgauskas of course! The Cleveland Cavaliers are retiring the No. 11 jersey of the “Big Z” on Saturday night. While LeBron will be getting ready to play the Chicago Bulls on Sunday and won’t be in attendance, he did make this touching photo collage of his former Cleveland teammate with the caption:
“Words can’t express how happy I am for u today! My truly good friend getting his jersey lifted into the rafters tonight. I appreciate everything Big Z and you deserve this more than anyone I know! #Zzzzzzzzzz #Zebrew #StriveForGreatness”
It’s starting to become really difficult to hate LeBron these days.
