The saying, “The bigger they are, the harder they fall,” was made for the larger than life Jared Lorenzen and the unfortunate injury he suffered. The Hefty Lefty was playing quarterback for the Northern Kentucky River Monsters against the Erie Explosion, but was tackled while running for the end zone and injured his ankle. Lorenzen was unable to walk off the field and had to be carried by teammates. Four teammates. Hopefully the Pillsbury Throwboy can fix his flat tire and get back on the field soon.
