This video comes to us via a recent amateur hockey game in the Czech Republic, where apparently they take the term ‘Beer League Hockey’ a little too seriously. The star of the clip is a goalie who appears to be absolutely hammered drunk in the crease, struggling to even stand while presumably much more sober opponents easily fire pucks into his net.
It seems unfathomable, but the person who uploaded the video to reddit claims that this guy’s team actually managed to win the game despite their goaltender not even knowing what planet he’s on. Maybe even more unfathomable, there’s video evidence of him making a save:
