I am all about tossing out all the societal norms when it comes to sports, especially if whatever you are doing is actually working. Dwight Howard may want to give the one-legged free throw a try, as it seemed to work for his teammate James Harden this weekend.
James was not doing the one-footed thing for show, he had sprained his ankle on the play but we will pretend that he didn’t.
