The NBA found another way to sell merchandise. This year’s slate of NBA games on Christmas the teams who are playing will all have special jerseys. The jerseys will have sleeves and will not have uniform numbers on the front, but instead will have the team logo on the chest, much like a hockey jersey, with the uniform number moved to the left sleeve. Each player’s name and number will remain on the back. The games for Christmas include the Los Angeles Lakers hosting the defending champion Miami Heat, the Chicago Bulls and the Brooklyn Nets at Barclays Center, the Oklahoma City Thunder to Madison Square Garden to face the New York Knicks, the Houston Rockets will visit the San Antonio Spurs and the Los Angeles Clippers will play the Golden State Warriors in Oakland.

So what do you think? Are the Christmas jerseys new and refreshing or over-hyped t-shirts?
