This TwitPic troll by one Lynne Powers had everyone freaking out. Powers successfully fooled the internet and even some of our favorite sports blogs by convincing people that Johnny Manziel actually signed her chest. Twitter went bonkers, and apparently she was even contacted by the NCAA.
Media began freaking out, and Powers was the topic of much conversation:
