After leading the Ohio State Buckeyes to the first-ever College Football Playoff national title as a third-string quarterback back in 2014, Cardale Jones is a legendary figure in Ohio State football. And it looks like he’s using his platform to question the mental state of current United States President Joe Biden.

In a post on social media this week, Cardale Jones called out Joe Biden for his “mental state” heading into the 2024 presidential election against likely Republican nominee Donald Trump.

“This isn’t a political statement at all but idk about everyone else but I am genuinely worried about Joe Biden. His mental state is far from ‘ok’. It’s scary watching him speak, interact and even walk…..” Jones said in a post on X, the social media website that was formerly known as Twitter.

Obviously, these comments from Jones led to a lot of reactions on social media as a result.

Jones left Ohio State in 2016 to enter the NFL Draft. After spending four seasons in the league bouncing between the Buffalo Bills, the Los Angeles Chargers, and the Seattle Seahawks, Jones spent a few years in the CFL before leaving football entirely.
