Donald Trump and Joe Burrow Donald Trump and Joe Burrow

Joe Burrow has not exactly been very open about his political views and leanings throughout his rise to stardom, but he’s now facing a lot of criticism after he had a friendly interaction with former United States President Donald Trump over the weekend, even posing for a photo with the former president.

On Saturday night, cameras caught a pretty warm interaction between Joe Burrow and Donald Trump before the event as Burrow and Nick Bosa – a former college teammate of Burrow during their time together at Ohio State – met the former president and talked to him briefly.

In the video, Burrow can be seen smiling and chatting pleasantly with Trump.

Burrow and Bosa even posed for a photo with Trump that was quickly posted on social media by Dan Scavino Jr., who is Trump’s senior advisor and his former White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Communications.

It was a brief interaction between Burrow and Trump, but it was certainly enough to cause a lot of criticism on social media as people expressed their outrage at him interacting with Trump warmly.

Obviously, this is not a clear political endorsement from Burrow by any means as he simply shared a moment with Trump, but that has not stopped criticism.
