Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling has played with two quarterbacks throughout his career in the NFL – Aaron Rodgers and now Patrick Mahomes. And he thinks both of those quarterbacks are the two best quarterbacks in NFL history – not Tom Brady.

During an interview leading up to the Super Bowl this week, Valdes-Scantling claimed that Patrick Mahomes and Aaron Rodgers are the best quarterbacks in NFL history over Tom Brady as he seemingly called out Brady for having “all the statistics,” but not as good of an arm as Mahomes or Rodgers.

“I’ve played with the two best quarterbacks to ever play this game, especially when it comes to arm talent,” Valdes-Scantling said according to Pro Football Talk. “Obviously Brady has all the statistics, but I think Pat’s getting pretty close to breaking some of those. But when it comes to arm talent, between Aaron and Pat, they’re equal, so having those two guys being my quarterbacks for my career has been nothing but life-changing. I’m grateful for both those guys, I’ve got great friendships with both those guys. I hope I can finish my career with Pat.”

Obviously, these are some pretty shocking words from Valdes-Scantling, and they led to a lot of reactions on social media.

Brady probably isn’t too bothered by what Valdes-Scantling thinks about his legacy.
