Over the past several months, there has been a lot of uncertainty about the status of Tom Brady’s various businesses as his wellness company, TB12, and his apparel line, Brady Brand, appeared to be in the midst of some changes. And now we know what those changes are.

According to an announcement on Tuesday, Tom Brady has struck a deal with apparel company NOBULL to merge both TB12 and Brady Brand into NOBULL, which will retain the same company name. Brady will now become NOBULL’s second-largest shareholder after BodyArmor founder Mike Repole, who bought the company in 2023.

“It was kind of a no-brainer for me,” Brady said on Tuesday’s Front Office Sports Today podcast. “When I retired from playing, I had much more intention to focus on the business things I had going on, and this [merger] was step number one.”

With the move, NOBULL is now aiming to become a “complete wellness company” that offers footwear, apparel, and nutrition. Adding TB12 to the brand would help accomplish this mission, as the brand sells supplements, protein powders, electrolyte powders, and equipment.

Obviously, this was a pretty significant announcement for Brady, and the NFL world had a lot to say about it on social media.

It will certainly be interesting to see what NOBULL becomes after this merger.
