Former Democratic president Barack Obama was spotted golfing in Hawaii recently, according to The Daily Mail.

According to the British outlet, Obama was spotted in “a teal shirt and gray shorts along with his personalized glove, sneakers and white cap,” while playing at the Kapolie Golf Club on the island of Oahu with friends.

Obama spending some time on the links, as he did before, during, and after his presidency, came days after Obama sent a stern warning to President Joe Biden about his likely 2024 election opponent, Republican Donald Trump.

Obama advised Biden, his former Vice President, to become more “aggressive” in how he confronted Trump’s campaign. Obama is to be said to be weary of Trump’s formidableness, which he doesn’t believe is being taken seriously by other top Democrats.

Obama, like Trump, is known for his love of golf.

As The Daily Mail noted, Obama’s wife, Michelle, is no fan of the game.

‘They’re annoying,” Michelle told Ellen DeGeneres about her husband’s golf clubs before delving into the game. “It takes too long! Why is there a sport where there are 18 holes? They just made that up; that’s somebody trying to avoid their wife!”

Obama apparently didn’t heed the warning from his wife.
