The Philadelphia Eagles offense had perhaps its worst game of the season this week when it only managed to score a season-low 10 points in a loss to the New York Giants. But it doesn’t sound like Jason Kelce thinks the team needs to make any drastic changes to the team’s offense.

During an appearance on WIP Wednesday morning, Jason Kelce got brutally honest about the team’s offense this week, saying that the team simply “didn’t handle the blitz” against the Giants and needs to execute better, but he believes in the offensive system.

“I don’t think we need to do a whole complete shift or revamp of the offense,” Kelce said. “I think we need to do some things better and put ourselves in better situations — coaches and players. The reality is the plays that we have in and have been doing all year are ones that we can have success with and have had success with.”

We’ll have to see whether or not the team can execute better this week when they take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the Wild Card round of the NFL playoffs. They’ll have to if they want to make a run through the playoffs and potentially make their second consecutive Super Bowl.
